PARTS OF SPEECH

Parts of Speech
are a classification of words according to the work they do in a sentence.

There are 8 of parts of speech
1. Noun, is a word used as the name of something ( place,person, or thing).
    E.g   : Ferry is my friend. He is an athlete.
              My father went to his office yesterday.
              My  mother is cooking soup.
2. Pronoun, is a word which is used to instead of a noun.
    E.g   : Conan is a detective. He is my friend.
    pronoun as subject      : I, you, we, they, he,she, it
    pronoun as object       : me, you, us, them, him, her, it
    possessive pronoun     : mine, yours, ours, theirs, his, hers, its
    possessive adjective    : my, your, our, their, his, her, its
3. Verb, is a word which is used to say something about person, place or thing.
    E.g   : I eat pempek every morning.
            : She walks on the beach.
             My father speaks loudly.
4. Adverb, is a word used to modify verb, adjective or another adverb.
    E.g   : He waits me in here.
              I went to school yesterday.
5. Adjective, is a word used to add something to the meaning of noun or pronoun.
    E.g   : She is beautifull
6. Preposition, is a word placed before noun pronoun to show in what relation between two things.
   E.g   : She stands in front of me.
7. Conjunction, is one or more words used to join words or sentences together.
   E.g   : I  and you will study English tomorrow morning.
8. Interjection, is a word which express some sudden feeling.
   E.g   : Oh! what a pity you are!
             Alas ! I hurt myself!
